About River Valley Land Solutions
We're a land management company that has partnered with numerous private land owners, not-for-profit wildlife-oriented organizations, local and national real estate agencies, and wildlife, fisheries, and parks departments across the Southeast.
River Valley Land Solutions (RVLS) is a land management company formed by Robert Toomey and Chip Tubbs in 2021.
about us
RVLS was formed with the idea of owning land improvement style equipment to work on Robert and Chips personal properties. Once the equipment was purchased for personal use, request began coming in for RVLS to work on properties other than their own.
This demand led to numerous pieces of equipment with various capabilities being purchased over the last several years to fit the needs of a growing customer base.
Our Clients & Our Mission
Customers of RVLS are local landowners, state run entities, not for profit wildlife-oriented entities, municipalities, etc. RVLS has agreements in place with each different customer base which are vetted and approved within to ensure payment.
RVLS currently has 5 employees of which all have a specific job duty. The W2 employees of RVLS are compensated well and have a benefits package included to promote stability and longevity within the company.
RVLS has great relationships with local NRCS/FSA offices, state entities, private landowners, municipalities, etc…. built from a lifetime of working and living in the area in which RVLS conducts business. The current area in which business is conducted is an 85-mile radius from Greenwood.
RVLS approach to land management is to do “what we say, when we say”. All projects are completed in a timely manner with ethics and morals being top priority. This approach has led to high demand for RVLS. This is the reason RVLS has had a need for new improved equipment in a short time period.
When the weather is right, RVLS capitalizes on getting jobs completed in a timely manner with nice equipment and able bodies. RVLS is not the cheapest option on the market. The landowners know this up front but are ok with it due to the quality of work which is performed.
